backyard shed dream home from popsugar
Happy Friday! I wanted to take a small break from our #capsuling journey to talk about minimalist interiors… capsule wardrobe chatting will be back on Monday. As I’ve mentioned before, I’m really interested the tiny home movement and overall downsizing of homes. My husband and I were in serious talks to purchase a 400 sq. ft tiny home, but ran into issues with zoning in the Bay Area. I’ll post more on that process later, as it’s near and dear to my heart. Right now I’ve been sourcing inspiration from other micro dwellings, and wanted to leave you with some beauty for the weekend.
the best russian apartment (in my opinion!) from living in a shoebox
At 340 square feet, this ingenious Russian apartment leaves you wanting for nothing more. I am inspired by the entire thing – the design, floorplan, furniture, and color schemes are amazing!
finding the right source for this is killing me, here’s as close as I could get
Finally, this beautiful image from what looks like an actual tiny house (I spent a while trying to track down the original source in hopes for more pictures but I couldn’t find any!) features the power of muted colors, natural tones, and acrylic for channeling an open and breezy space. For additional tiny house inspiration, check out my Pinterest board dedicated to the topic.
